1.JLL – client a global IT giant in Chennai – from May 2017 to Jun 2018
As, City Manager – Operations, I am overall responsible for IBM’s multi location Integrated Facility management (IFM) for their facilities both Soft and M&E services. In, Chennai spread across closely to One Million SFT.
Managed a team of 25+ to support 24x7 operations which includes both Operations & Maintenance.
Critical equipment preventive maintenance is conducted as per CEM guidelines.
Incidents are reported as per the timeline and Root Cause will be carried out and circulated to Management as the per timelines.
Monthly reports like Monthly Management Review (MMR), SLA, Energy Consumption, Energy Conservation, PPM Dash Board, Incident Tracker, Statutory Tracker, Risk Register., etc.
Representing my region on the Weekly Cadence calls with the Site Operations Region Lead.
Fortnightly connect with Client and Account Director for the operational issues, suggestions, new ideas., etc.
Supporting innovative ideas on Energy Saving Initiatives like Installation of Motion Sensor, switching off AC’s during non-operational hours, Installation of LED Light fixtures for energy saving, UPS Optimization, Floor consolidation, etc.,
