Fabrication, Assembly and Erection of steel structures for Coal Handling Plant such as Trestles, Galleries for coal conveyors, Crusher House Buildings, Transfer Towers.

Pump House Equipment’s for Raw Water and Fuel Oil system.

Fabrication and erection of Demineralization Tank and Fuel Oil Tanks.

Fabrication and erection of Coal Bunkers.

Erection of RO Plant equipment’s and associated piping.

Erection of Ash Handling Plant.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Industrial tools, industrial equipments, Installation commosing maintains and servicing

Spares replacements, Store material identifications, identifications of lubrications.

Drawing study and perform activities as per drawings under the assistance of superiors

Preparation of schedule in micro level planning for in-time completion

Planning the activities with men, material and resources as per the schedule

Organizing the workmanship as per the schedule

Closed supervision and monitoring the whole Fabrication and erection activities

Instructing Supervisors and safety team for smooth and safe work outs.

Updating material availability status on daily basis.

Reporting day wise progress to the management (DPR)

Raising Site technical queries (STQ) and Material Deviations request (MDR) to design team upon observation of deviations at site

Proposing corrective actions for Noncompliance (NCR) and following with design team for clarification

Raising Ready for Inspection (RFI) to the quality team for the completed works and carrying inspections along with quality team as per ITP and FQP.

Preparation and verification of protocols for the inspected activities

Checking of Elevations of our Structural buildings and pipe lines with respect to bench marks.

Verifying the Erection orientations with respect to axis and key plans

Verify and certifying contractor RA bills

Responsible for Mechanical completion of the various packages. Computer Proficiency:-

Auto-CAD, Windows, MS Office & E-mail Operations.
