Work Summary
Presently working with Frijns Steel Constructions Middle East as Contracts Manager in Project Department, since February 2018 onwards. Responsibilities includes the preparing CAPEX & OPEX budgeting, Logistics, Risk management, Preparation of Tender & Contracts drafting, Contract Administration / Management, Business Development, preparing/reviewing sub-contracts, RFQ/Purchase Orders, all claims and dispute management, variations for Projects.
The activities includes and not limited to, manages the contract activities for a division, participates in strategic planning activities for specific projects. Responsible to provide senior-level guidance to assigned personnel, and end-users proficiency and timeliness of all contract administration functions in conjunction with project requirement. Responsible for the development, review, and maintenance of the Contracts Management Plan and provides updates to the Project Management Plan to the higher level Management.
