JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

REINFORCEMENTS WORK:

To maintain and supervise the of Rebar works in every structures

(columns, beams, staircase, slabs.)

To check the proper spacing’s and lapping’s has given in the structures as per the drawings.

Follow the work sequence of the rebar fixing and tying up by using of M.S binding wire as per IS Code 1786.

Follow the basic requirements of reinforcements in as per IS Code 1786 Monitor the require cover blocks and proper bents of the rebar according to its spacing & breadth.

Inspect all the structures of reinforcements are fixed with proper Diameter and no’s of rods provided with as per drawings for the structure. To provide a BOQ of the reinforcement works to the responsible sub- contractors by monthly productivity.

FORM WORK (SHUTTERING):

Before the form work starts check the alignment of the reinforcements within the required dimensions and proper cover blocks are provided To maintain the works and materials is has approved from clients Schedule the works as per the approved drawings.

Inspect the structures are fixed with the proper plumb and dimensions. To provide a BOQ of the Form works to the responsible sub-contractors by monthly productivity.

CONCRETE WORK:

Inspect the structures with a proper line and dimensions before the concrete pouring starts.

To coordinate the quality sequence for the Mix design of concrete by various Tests:

1. Soil abrasion test (Fine Aggregate)

2. Water absorption test(Coarse Aggregate)

3. Crushing strength from the aggregate

4. L-box test for SCC-Self Compacting Concrete.(S-FORM) Aluminium Form Work

5. Flow Test -SCC-Self Compacting Concrete.

Monitor the pouring of concrete by layer by layer with provides a proper vibration and tamping.

Inspections have to be done by client before the concrete pouring. All line and level have to maintain as per the approved drawings. After the completion of concrete proper curing for required time has to be done for to restrict a cracks on the structure.

To provide a BOQ of the concrete works to the responsible sub-contractors by monthly productivity.

FINISHING WORKS:

Tiles, paintings, doors & windows fixing activities. To check the proper line& level in the slab, walls before starts the tiling works.

Monitoring the mortars ratios and alignment, verticality has to check by fixing the button markings.

After completion of tile works proper curing has to be done to restrict the hollowness in tiles.

Paintings have to be done by proper mix proportions with required ratios as per method statement.

To provide a BOQ of the Finishing works to the responsible sub- contractors by monthly productivity
