Work Profile / Responsibilities
Preparation of Basic Engineering for Electrical Drawings & Documents – HT-LT Cable Scheduling and routing, Single Line Diagram for HT / LT System, AC Load List, Typical module schemes for HT & LT switchgear, Single Line Diagram for Lighting Distribution Boards, Lighting Panels, Drawing submission schedules etc for ash/coal handling system.
Preparation of Basic Engineering for Control & Instrumentation Drawing & Documents -i.e., Input/output Configuration List for PLC, Annunciation List, Instrument schedule, Control & Instrumentation cable scheduling and routing, Terminal Block Diagrams, system control write-up, Instruments Data sheets, Local Control panels, Junction boxes, PLC Panels & Control desk .
Calculations for selection of various Electrical equipments – Transformer sizing calculation, Cable sizing & Voltage drop calculation, Lighting Calculation, Battery, Battery Charger & UPS sizing calculation etc.
Preparation of Electrical system layouts for ash handling package in thermal power plants :- Cable Tray & Equipment layout, Earthing Layout, Lighting Layout, Lightning Layout etc.
Preparation for E&I purchase orders, technical evaluation of vendor offers, manufacturer drawing checks.

Follow up with vendors for submission and approval of vendor drawings, datasheet and QAP.

Preparing BOM & other manufacturing documents for its final shape.
Regularly coordinating with clients for better aspect of the project.
Coordination with engineering consultant, client, supplier & other internal departments to meet the project target & smooth execution of work.
