I supervised the safe installation of 80 to 100 ton Q-Girder (144 No’s) at 3 bridges with 3 spans each.

I supervised the safe mobilization and installation of 9 to 15 ton TY beams (398 No’s) at 5 underpasses of the project.

I identify and manage the risk for the casting and production activities of Q-Girders, TY beams, road dividers side barriers and parapet barriers.

I involved in achieving 459000 safe man-hours without loss time injury (LTI) at the project.

I conduct monthly inspection on firefighting equipment.

I conduct daily tool box talk to workers on topics related to workplace hazard and safety recommendations.

I ensure all welfare facilities are in place and maintained.
