PROJECT #1: Analysis and digitization of LandUse LandCover

Project Profile:

This project is all about analysis and digitization of Land Use Land Cover. By the using of IRS Satellite Imagery (IRS-IC / 1D / P6) geo referenced it by using ERDAS (Earth Resource Data Analysis System). Dehradun (Utharanchal, India) which is selected for LandUse LandCover. In this we select 4km buffer zone from surrounding of Dehrdun and recognize the earth features and create different types of shape files in Arc Catalogue. Classify the features like settlement, water bodies, reveres, forests, waste land and crop land by using the ArcMap.

Project#2: Land Desertification using multi temporal data

Project Profile:

This project is to study how much area is eroded and how much area is normal by performing the eroded area mapping using multi temporal satellite data and analysis for identification of eroded areas. I took high resolution satellite imageries which are covered by various kharif, Rabi and Zaid seasons to address spatial & temporal variability in eroded land by using ERDAS. In ERDAS I did geo-rectification, visual interpretation and image enhancement, through interpretation I examined sheet erosion, miscellaneous or riverine sand acidification and other land.

Project Profile:

This project is mainly using for Car Navigation. In this project all roads are digitizing using the Bison Console by the reference of google map. This is very useful for Car drivers. The total road attribute information like speed breakers, turns, speed Limits, Dividers, RDMs (restricted driver maneuver), parking areas, Gas stations and rest areas will capture using ArcGIS.

PROJECT #6: QWEST project in Telecom

Project Profile:

QWEST is a major telecom company in U.S.A. QWEST covers 14 major states in U.S.A. The main task of the project is engineering data conversion. The purpose of the project is constructing, maintenance, repair of large amount of telecom equipment’s like cables, wires, poles, electrical devices for future purpose. QWEST project is based on OSP-FM (OUTSIDE PLANT FACILITY MANAGEMENT).
