A creative and hard-working architect, with ten years experience in architecture and interior design, possess the necessary teamwork skills, with the knowledge of the architectural workflow techniques, uses professionally a set of essential softwares to produce schematics, construction documents and presentations, with following up and coordinating with the site works. Highly aware of major sectors regarding the architecture and interior design industry with high adaptation of cultivating managing and leveraging client relationships. Aiming to get designated by a client, company, consultant or contractor, where I can devote my effort to satisfy clients, enhance my expertise and reach higher achievements. Technical Architect and Site Coordinator Oct. 2012 – May 2019 I engage and assist closely with the construction team to all technical aspects related to work. With seven years working both in office and site coordination to get the fit-out works done properly. Provide comprehensive technical drawings and advice whilst ensuring that clients requirements are catered to, without deviating from technical standards, submitting technical specifications. I would transform consultants drawings into shop drawings and details, while coordinating with the architectural and the MEP drawings.

I employed my knowledge of technical and material properties to create construction drawings. And I would review drawings and submittals prior to submitting to clients or subcontractors.

Participated in many projects to deliver the finest designs, both interior and exterior, projects would include space planing, facades, interior designs, design and execution drawings, details, provided 3D scenes to clients, produced a detailed technical documents to match the design specifications. I obtained a great experience having been a part of the technical office, attended discussions with clients and suppliers and understood requirements and material selections.
