Assist the Maintenance Manager to oversee the entire facilities maintenance at site.

Adherence to Company principles and practices of facilities operations, maintenance and management.

Managing daily operations and maintenance of MEP, ELV, Civil systems and client’s appointed sub-contractors.

Issue “Permits to Work” for contractors following method and risk assessment analysis and ensuring their compliance.

Liaise with Fault Report Center (FRC) operator for routine Corrective Maintenance and for PPM status.

Follow up and coordinate with client’s appointed sub-contractors for routine and planned activities.

Ensure Facility Engineers on duty logs and reports all accidents/incidents on site. Promptly report work place injuries to the Maintenance Manager and assist with any internal/external accident investigations.
