At Present (Manufacturing of Instrument Transformers like CTPT’s, CT’s and PT’s industry):

I am working as a Testing Engineer (Repairs Dept.) in M/s G.S Electricals, Vijayawada

Responsibilities:

1)Testing and Billing of Repaired Instrument Transformers received from APSPDCL and APEPDCL of different Circles as per the approved agreement and approved rates.

2)Engaging the Men for different works in repairing section.

3)Keeping ready for Govt. inspection and testing of instrument transformers after completion of repairing.

Past Experience (Sugar Manufacturing Industry):

I worked as a Supervisor, Electrical (O & M) in M/s Andhra Sugars Ltd, Bhimadole.

Experience: 6 years (From October 2012 to November 2018).

Responsibilities:

In OFF – SEASON:

Overhauling of Various Sections of Different Capacities of Motors and Maintenance of their Respective Starters like DOL, Star & Delta & Rotor Resistance Starters.

Planning of Overhauling & Maintenance works to be carried out to the Motors & starters during the off-season and engaging the men according to the requirement.

Documentation Regarding Power Consumed with Government Power and DG’s (Power Failure Time).

Maintaining the Purchase requests for spares of the motors & starters etc and inspecting the Electrical Materials received from suppliers.

Electrical Maintenances like wiring troubleshooting in Residential Quarters allotted to the higher officials.

During Crushing Season:

Observing and troubleshooting the section motors (Boilers, Power House, Mill House, Boiling House and Curing House) and their starters during crushing season.

Documentation on Power Generation of TG Sets and DG Sets.

Motors and its parts replacing according to the requirement.

General Maintenance of Household equipments like A.C’s (Window, Split and Package Units).

CASCADED MULTI LEVEL INVERTER FOR HYBRID ELECTRIC VEHICLES.

Description

:

This project is one of the solution to mitigate the environmental pollutions and reduce the fuel Consumption in vehicles. IGBT based cascaded multi level inverter is connected in star connected 3-phase induction motor. At various load conditions; it is simulated with PSIM and MATLAB.

This project describes the various configurations of Hybrid Electric Vehicles.
