Duties and responsibilities:

Take off Quantities from AutoCAD drawings, manually, Site measurement.

Taking off, abstraction of Quantities and Preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ).

BOQs Estimation of quantities as per drawing. & estimation of construction costs

Measuring, valuing, submitting and negotiating contract variations.

Evaluate and prepare additional claim variations with all supported documents

Monthly valuations of work in progress

Preparation of monthly Interim Payment Certificate (IPC). & checking the bill progress with Consultant & Client.

Recording day works, Progress monitoring all activities in projects.

Making enquiries & Receiving quotation For Different Suppliers.

Checking of site inspection reports (RFI) & Issuing monthly/weekly progress report.

Coordinate with Client, Site Engineer, and Foreman for any Question Clarification Projects.

Visit to the Site for verifying the work done and attending the meeting.

Preparation Rate analysis of extra items.

Preparation of Final Accounts/bill evaluation with Clients and Sub-contractors.
