4.Responsible for proper maintenance of all electrical equipment’s like PLC, Drives, motors, PMCC, HT and LT 3 phase Induction motors, Encoders, Safety switches, Level sensors, Proximity sensors, RTD’s, Solenoid coils, Load cells, Pressure switches & Belt scales.

5.Responsible for Observe and monitor Technical staff weak areas and provide the required Trainings on it and analyse the performance by using R&R Reports.

6.Participating in Business Review Meetings (BRM) and planning maintenance schedule in co-ordination with other departments.

7.Manage the Inventory control for spare parts and Assets in co-ordination with Procurement department.

8.Responsible for 5S, Kaizens, implementation to improve the plant efficiency.
