Informing Security or the duty manager of any security concerns and ensure safe and secure operations of the driveway at all times etc
Greet by/use name, be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, and display a caring attitude develop a rapport with the customer base
Assist customers loading/unloading luggage, in lobbies, lanes and in the parking office.
Greet guests and escort to their room Ensuring the driveway and hotel entrance is kept clean and tidy at all times, free of obstacles and ensure that traffic through the driveway is controlled
Providing efficient service with the luggage of the guest upon arrival
Creating a welcoming environment for hotel guests
