Work experience
Coordinating the day to day activities of projects by assisting project managers and senior managers. Involved in the design, development, updating and monitoring of business and action plans.
Duties:
Assisting and supporting the Project Manager in their daily duties.
Ensuring that relevant management information is captured and analysed.
Monitors the progress of design work and facilitates adjustments in the work flow to maintain performance.
Coordinates with other disciplines. Plan, schedule, coordinate, manage and oversee the work of lower-level architects who assist with projects .
Reviewing the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery.
Responsible for cost optimization and value engineering of projects.
Acting as administrative support to Project Managers and Directors on projects.
Identify, analyse, prioritize, mitigate and communicate project risks.
Helping the Contract Manager with the development of operating procedures.
stablish budget, task schedule, and other components of the work plan with Project Manager.
Coordinate work efforts and review work performed.
Communicating with project manager to report on project status.
Involved in Coordinating projects from inception to completion.
Developing training and briefing material for staff.
