Greetings please accept this correspondence as a brief introduction to my long term care history. Recently, I learned of the opening for a nursing home administrator role. I was compelled to contact you with my interest. Some of my accomplishments during my long term care journey include: Spearheaded a recruitment and retention program decreasing voluntary turnover by 15%. I functioned as staff educator for the implementation of Primerica EHR LTC system. Twelve years supervising clinical staff, and, maintaining per patient day ratio (PPD) requirements. In addition, I initiated a traumatic brain injury unit for a LTC facility, also functioned as team lead for PIP initiatives, and staff development coordinator.
I have adroitly balanced workplace objectives and productive relationships, while applying strategies and innovative suggestions to achieve a competitive business edge. I began by earning a BSN, moving forward to earn my MSN in health informatics, and an MBA in healthcare management. My customer relations management and decision-making strengths have facilitated my professional evolution. I believe that my professional background has equipped me with a broad range of solid skills, aligned with a deep understanding of the long term care industry. Collectively facilitating a good fit for the available position.
