Maintain accurate and detailed reports of production activities, tests, and inspections conducted for any work/activities.
Direct the Independent Testing Laboratory to make all tests required by the specifications and any additional tests needed to assure a high standard of quality. In house Lab will be available at all times for any test project requires.
Provide client and representatives inspection teams any assistance requested during site visits
Review the methods and procedures of work for the various subcontractors to assure their understanding and compliance with plans, project specifications and any other related and applicable standards as QCS, Asghal and Kahramaa
Responsible for conducting and Implementing Three- Phase Inspections
Periodically review the Quality Control Plan to assure maximum efficiency.
Inspection of all materials delivered to the jobsite to assure their compliance with the plans and specifications
Provide daily written report of production activities and the supporting tests results and inspections.
