Manager
Please consider me for a candidate for the Management position that you advertised.
I have over 22 years’ experience in Employee Management. Over my career I have worked with Employee retention, payroll, discipline, benefits, stretch training and team development. In addition I have a quality background including developing control processes and procedures. OSHA training and policy adherence is necessary for me and my staff. I have experience working with employees and managers from many different companies at many different levels. I have experience and education with hiring, training and development principles/practices as well as administration and evaluation of these programs. I work to the development of processes and implementation of policies, which resulted in increased safety, quality and production. My lack of time spent in an HR department is compensated by my vast experience on the other side of the coin, managing and developing people. I have a firm understanding of laws and policies and work fairly and directly with the employees. My passion is managing and employee development. And that was my primary focus in my education. Thank you for your consideration. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Karie Thurmer
