1. Defense AT&L Green data Initiative
Defense AT&L workforce community is around 1.5 million and the data needed to be consolidated at one centralized place where the acquisition workforce members can login and verify the information present in the Civilian master database. There was a requirement to build an application to make the data green. The database was housed in the SQL 2003 server and a .Net application was built on top of that data, which the user community can log in via secure channel and correct the information. There is administration section for the various components to log in and search personnel database with various options for the search engine and approve the updated information. 2. STARS (Student Tracking and Registration System) The Defense Systems Management College's (DSMC) Office of the Registrar is responsible for capturing and disseminating student enrollment information to users at DSMC and DAU. The Project automates the essential tasks required for performing basic Registrar functions, sharing of information to DAU and DSMC staff and interfacing with external information systems. Role & Responsibilities:
• I was responsible for testing important components of both projects mentioned above. I primarily tested Student Enrollment and Course offering modules for STARS and Person Information screen, position and training information in Defense AT&L Green data initiative project.
