Accounting and Human Resource Administrator

• Acquire attestations of Company and Employee documents from Municipal Authorities, Civil Defence and Economic Department.

• Work closely with the HR Manager in development and implementing HR policies and procedures that foster a safe and cohesive work environment.

• Manage relationships and contracts with landlords and labour camps to ensure employee accommodations through lease agreements and Tenancy Contract renewals.

• Resolve issues associated with eligibility to work, immigration, and travel issues to ensure that HR processes comply with legislative mandates and changes.

• Serve as key contact on recruitment and selection, working patterns, employment contracts, reward and recognitions, issue resolutions, and HR management information.

• Collaborate with the Project Team and clients of Qatar, Kuwait, UAE, Maldives, India, Iraq and Oman for manpower planning, requirements and HR Assistance, ensuring tactful and professional engagements in keeping with cultural differences.
