MMI Device
• Measure, Monitor and Improve device to
check the water purity level.
• Two devices (analog and digital) were
prepared to check the purity level.
Nano particle synthesis & characterization
• TiO2 nanoparticle synthesis using Sol-Gel
method and using Green chemistry (synthesis
using NYCTANTHES ARBOR-TRISTIS leaves) &
their characterization.
Amine treatment & Claus process
• Plant study for Treatment of Methyl di-
ethanol Amine (MDEA) including heat-mass
balance.
• For Sulphur recovery (output of Amine plant)
a well-known Claus process was selected.
CFD Simulation of Hydrodynamic cavitation
• The project aimed at Computational Fluid
Dynamics study of different cavitating devices
and comparison between the different orifice
and venturi meters using ANSYS 19.1 based on
different parameters.

• Worked on an ongoing project on vacuum pan crystallization in R&D, sugar department including MATLAB code, heat-mass balance and CFD simulation.

• 45 days in-plant training and hands on in operations at the Urea
& Ammonium Bicarbonate Plant, MP Nitric Acid Plant (capacity 300 MTPD) and Sulphuric Acid Plant (capacity 700 MTPD).
