Duties: Work closely with owner, Dr. Kim Christensen in developing sports and rehab practice. Personally sustain active model practice and evaluate and treat patients in owner’s absence abroad. Duties: Develop and oversee satellite location of major Multidisciplinary Pain Management operation in the Lehigh Valley, based out of Philidelphia. Oversee staff, coordinate with surgeons and ancillary staff to provide timely therapeutic treatments and Rehab and perform duties as needed. Staff training and management included scheduling, training, salary management and equipment outfitting for appropriate protocols post surgical and pain management. Attend weekly meeting in main office in Philadelphia with corporate staff and doctors to ensure appropriate development and compliance.

Initial Therapeutic evaluations, Appropriate Testing, Rehab and Therapy were performed as recommended and agreed upon by prescribing doctor. Multidisciplinary staff meetings included updating production and requirements for satisfactory graduation of patient through pain management and surgical process. Equipment, supply and ancillary staff were updated as necessary to needs and development of process.
2014- Present – Sports Medicine Director – Pocono Dome – DomeMed
Duties: Initial development of Sports Medicine and Rehab facility along with outpatient fitness center promotion. Training of staff, budgeting and scheduling of staff along with equipment needs and procurement were essential for the task. Continued practicing as Sports Doctor, Rehab Provider, and Speed Strength and Agility director were essential to success of venue. Protocols, training, publications and public awareness programs developed on an ongoing basis as seasonal sports and needs dictate.
