This project is aimed to have flexible object detection having its application in many domains and detection of object is done by the live image captured finding coordinates of it.

DOBOT Magician arm and end-effector is connected to the program control device programmed by OpenCV-Python with the Machine Vision system.

The cost effective implementation can be done reducing the high prices of the companies that have hardware and peripheral software.

MEASURING DIAMETER OF OBJECT WITHIN AN IMAGE

USING MATLAB (03/2018 – 04/2018)

Measuring object within an image can be important where computer vision is required instead of making physical measurements.

The project is aimed in designing an application note that will cover a basic step-by-step algorithm for isolating the given object and measuring its diameter.

MATLAB functions are used that include the Image Processing Toolbar to determine the object’s diameter.
