Upload relevant documents into the archiving system in order to enhance internal efficiencies and document control process effectiveness.
Ensure EPC Contractors electronic data management system
(EDMS) is functional and maintained as per the EPC Contract requirements.
Follow Up
Follow up with stakeholders to ensure missing documents are obtained thus ensuring completeness of archived dossiers.
Send e-mails to Suppliers/Contractors for non-project invoices which have no PO numbers mentioned in their invoices and follow-up with them for proper invoice submission prior to further processing in finance department.
