Description of duties/responsibilities performed at site

Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Activities on all Instrumentation Control System associated with Gas Turbine compressor, Air and nitrogen Compressors,Incinerators,Feed and Condensate System, Fuel Gas System and all plant area .

maintaining Engineering of CCR (Central Control Room) includes Operator room, Engineering room, marshalling room, Telecommunication room.

Maintain of Cathodic Protection System for Gas and Condensate Transportation Pipelines.

Maintain & troubleshoot on various Electrical Control Circuits, such, PLC and DCS System.

Maintain & troubleshooting instruments such as Transmitters,Transducer,Analyzers, Control Valves, Switches and Burner Controls.

Maintain Engineering systems which includes DCS, ESD, F&G, PLC systems and its sub-systems such as Asset Management System, Alarm Management System, Data Historian and Network Management System.

Preparation of overall network architecture topologies and P&ID diagrams for plant wide networks.

Trouble shooting & simulation of field instrument loops & safeguarding / signal distribution control panel.

Loop checking from Field – Junction Box – SAS panels.

To ensure material is purchased as per specification & maintain emergency spare for critical item.

Cable laying & termination in control room (marshaling panel) through junction box to the field. Cable laying in tray as well as in trench.

Electrical Maintenance, Protection and Control Engineering, Maintenance Planning, Manage measures & corrective action to be carried out in the field. Supervision of Installation, Termination & Commissioning of instruments with respect to SAS like temp. sensors, pressure transmitters, flow meters, level transmitters, ON-OFF valves, control valves etc.
