Responsibilities Of Work Held
Preparing the manpower of the company.
Controlling the In & Out flow of manpower.
Solving the quarry related to employees salary, increment etc., arranging the transportation to the company employees.
Maintaining the time card of the employees.
Filling the document related to the employees.
Arranging & scheduling safety induction for all employee.
Allocation/ Transfer of employees as per Project requirement.
Computes total time worked by employees, posts time worked to master time sheet, and routes tine sheet to payroll department.
Full experience with attendance management software with SKM, Thumbs and biometric system.
Update employee’s sick leavers and annual leave Register.
Ensure that all QMS Procedures/Policies & Plans are implemented and followed at all levels.
Prepare PR /MR and further follow up LPO in coordination with Procurement Department.
Co-ordinate with Site supervisory staff, Project Management and Procurement Dept. for the site requirements and arrangements of Materials Resources in time. Prepare weekly program for the arrangement & off-hire PMVE- Plant, Machinery, Vehicle & Equipment’s
Prepare and filing of Plant Breakdown Report for the internal & external hiring invoices.
Prepare time sheet for the Operators of Equipment’s / Vehicles at sites
Proper filing of the MSDS- Material SAFETY Data Sheets for the hazardous materials.
7. Prepare & Maintenance of Stock card GRV, GIV & GTV.
8. Prepare and Maintenance of Material IN / OUT Records.
9. Prepare of the Gate Pass for the Sub-contractor’s Materials & Equipment’s.
10. Coordination with Timekeeper and General Foreman for the labor & staff transportation arrangements.
11. Prep8are89 & Record Waste management Register.
12. Receiving Materials from the different suppliers to store and cross checking Delivery Note and LPO.
13. Reporting to Project Manager, Construction Manager and Store Manager.
