I am seeking employment as a registered nurse educated and trained in hospitals and outpatient nursing care centers, organizations that provide unparallel medical care and health education to multicultural and multifaith communities as a professional RN. I have over five years of experience as a Houston Methodist employee serving our patients with excellent and compassionate nursing care.

I have been trained and served two hospital as a Biomedical Ethics Consultant

Shared Governance Chairman for Patient Satisfaction.

Management experience with five years in nursing management as a Hospital Nursing Supervisor in Asante Health Care System at of their three Acute Care Hospitals.

I have continued my educated and training, the past seven years, to better understand the emotional and spiritual care needs in multicultural and multifaith communities, to assess them and understand their total healthcare needs.

I have provided a bereavement program as a facilitator and volunteer as a Community Faith Nurse and a leader in my own church’s pastoral care team to visit people needing emotional support, assessing their needs for; meals, prescription assistance, resources from the community, health care agencies and hospitals.

I provide community health and wellness education programs for congregations with a faith-based care team to provide resources for patient transportation to medical appointments while working collaboratively with other professionals in health and wellness with private physician, clinics, and other local community clinics.

My current nursing history a Registered Critical Care Nurse, and Biomedical Ethics Consultant for Houston Methodist West and Houston Methodist Continuing Care Hospital 701 South Fry Rd Katy, TX 77459. beginning in February 2014 to Present.

In January 2011 to February 2014 I was employed as a registered nurse with Christus St. Catherine as an Acute General Hospital at the same address of 701 South Fry Road Katy, TX. 77540. This hospital was sold to Houston Methodist. I was hired to stay at the thus same hospital to set up and begin admitting patients to a new Long Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) for Houston Methodist.

As a Critical Care RN at Christus St. Catherine I provide nursing care in the Cardiac Care Unit and Intensive Care Unit where I to multicultural and multifaith patients lifesaving treatments of heart disease including Open Heart Surgery and other general surgeries from illnesses including; Respiratory Failure needing ventilator support, major infections recovering from Septicemia and organ failure, major wounds needing weeks of daily wound care, and continuing physical, occupational, and speech therapy.

From the time I received my Texas Board of Nursing RN license in April of 2009 I worked with CPnS a Medical/Nursing Staffing Agency in Houston, Texas as a critical care registered nurse. From April 2009 to January 2011 I worked at various hospital on contract with CPnS.

The expertise I bring in health care comes from many years in organizations that provide outpatient, inpatient. Hospital, clinic, and home care and hospice care in Texas, Oregon, California, My working experience in the health care sciences include;
