TPM Intern at NHB BALL & ROLLER LTD., Amalsad, Gujarat, India June’18 - Feb’19 With 69 years of experience in ball manufacturing, NHB is one of the leading manufacturers of the high precision balls.
• I was looking after TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities and also successful did a project on increasing OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) on one of its bottleneck machine by enrolment of TPM.
• Drive Total Employee involvement Initiative like 5S and JH steps.
• Implementation of Kaizen for reducing future breakdowns and safety.
• Implementation of TPM Pillars.
• Incorporating with Maintenance Process for Planned Maintenance to overcome the breakdowns and increase the availability time for production.
