VP Outreach at the Syrian Students ‘Association at McGill University July 2018-Present

oResponsible for finalizing sponsorship deals, and writing grants to potential sponsors, along with the VP External and VP Finance

oResponsible for channeling the Club’s efforts toward promoting and holding meaningful events. Offering new ideas for events or campaigns.

oResponsible for supporting new Club members by guiding them to volunteer opportunities based on their skills and interests.

oRecruiting McGill students interested in volunteering for the Syrian cause through NGOs or charities such as SAWA For Development and Aid by writing posts on the Club’s social media, website, online newsletter, and McGill Career services

oLeading and managing awareness campaigns about the Syrian conflict and refugee crisis on the McGill campus: namely the One Syria Campaign created in past position.
