Job Profile

Handling the all store activates of RM/PM.

Issuing the material to production department at FIFO/FEFO basis.

Reconcile all RM/PM of factory and Godown at daily basis.

Giving schedule of material to supplier according to requirements.

Passing Tech-Eff entries at weekly & Monthly.

Making Purchase order of RM/PM as per requirements.

Inventory controlling.

Maintaining all the records.

Material requirement planning for the unit.

Making Purchase order of RM/PM. & Subcon in SAP.

Updating of PO according to the running contract.

Also responsible for sending the rejected material back to supplier

Issue Material to shop floor according to their requirements.

Handle Godown operation, shifting and staging of RM and PM material.

Daily physical stock taking at Godown and match with system (SAP).

Weekly stock review & identification of slow moving & nil moving items.

Registers are to maintained from receipts and issued

FIFO maintaining of all the material lying at Godown.

Increase value added activities in all Godown like, SOP, SAFETY, FIRE and FAST AID.

Inventory controlling

Maintain all the records

OTHER:

Playing leading role in handling SAP.

Making of GRN in the system.

Basic knowledge of MS-Office.
