- Managed the quality control lab and the shipping & receiving department.
- Develops and implements quality assurance system (work methods, calibration & standard operation procedures for instruments) for Natural gas, Ammonia, Ammonium nitrate, Urea products,, Liquid effluents, Cooling water, DM water, Boiler water, Soil, Oil, Cement, Clinker, raw materials, Catalysis, Intermediate products etc.
- Ensures that the laboratory instruments, equipment’s and chemicals are procured with due consideration to safety related aspects and material safety data sheets are available for all chemicals.
- Reviews and approves laboratory procedure manuals of analytical methods.

- Developed and delivered short courses in new fertilizer industry technologies, chemical analysis and quality controls in urea and ammonium nitrate plants laboratories and chemical analysis of catalysis and steel materials used in urea industry, for groups of up to 10 employ, 1-3 h at a time.
- Training course "Analysis of materials used in ferrosilicon industry (cock, quartz, electrode mass, iron scraps)" for new employees "chemists and technical's", for groups of up to 10 employ, 1-3 h at a time. Lab Skills:
