Responsible for the daily operation of multiple departments. Communicates with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g. customers, suppliers, associates). Supervise and manage associates and leaders in area of responsibility by giving direction, monitoring performance and providing feedback; identifying training and development needs and providing opportunities for learning and growth; teaching, supporting and modeling Logistics and company policies and procedures; and participating in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates, leaders, and managers. Company First Sergeant - Lead Military Police Company with and authorized strength on 173 personnel in support of battlefield operations, installation law and order operations, and security of army resources and installations. Assist in coordinating training requirements from higher headquarters down to unit level; provides mission guidance to subordinate unit training officers.
