q All operational controls for over 400 employees including training, monitoring and evaluation of all field staff; renovation and design of all store locations, as well as redesign and construction of additions to corporate headquarters office and warehouse complex
q Working as outside marketing/ management contact for new account development in the eastern half of the U.S. and in Canada
q External marketing effort targeting campuses and campus administrators through direct mail, telemarketing and trade show appearances
