As a Scrum master lead a three-member development team and made sure all tasks were completed. Used Team Services for Project Management, Dev Ops, and code Repository.

Help migrate from a 3rd party hosting provider to Azure. Set-up the Dev Ops pipeline to have continuous integration with continuous deployments to Azure web sites.

Helped train team members on how to use the new pipeline and Team Services in general.

As a senior Asp.net developer made sure that the web app overall is working correctly and helped in refactoring the web application to run better and updated areas that were outdated.

The web application uses Asp.Net 4.7.1 MVC 5.2.3,C# 7.0 and Entity Framework.

Help in removing duplicate calls to the database, and rewriting some of the logic so that the web pages load faster. Also migrated the existing code from the controllers to a new Service layer to reduce the amount of code in the controllers and to help improve the web application performance.

Most of the work was breaking down the monolithic website into smaller sub websites to use a semi micro service architecture design pattern. This allowing each major functions of the website to be independent and self-reliant not depending on the other functions in the web application.
