Edgar is an Architect who has over 30 years experience in all building types design and supervision. He is currently a Consultant for VisionArch, reviewing the construction drawings in Revit and documents for the AYALA ONE INTERCON PROJECT for Ayala Land Corp. A Mixed-use Development composed of a seven (7) Storey Mall with five (5) basements for Parking & Utilities. It has also five buildings on top of the Podium composed of three BPO buildings, a Hotel Building and a Residential Condominium building with a total aggregate floor area of 390,000 m2 situated along the corner Ayala Avenue and EDSA.

He was recently the Construction Manager under the Design Architect for the renovation & construction of the PROPOSED MIC CONVENT EXPANSION & RENOVATION composed of two buildings with a total floor area of 5,800 m2 along Grant corner Washington Streets, West Greenhills, San Juan City, Metro Manila. It will be the retirement home of the Sisters of the Missionaries of the Immaculate Concepcion Academy. He was recently the Construction Manager of the SYG Corp. Condominium Building, at M. Jhocson St., Sampaloc Manila, involved in Project Management & Site Supervision. A 14 Storey building, 7,500 m2, to serve as Dormitory for National University athletes, scholars, faculty & students from neigh-boring schools as well as a condominium for people with business or offices within the area.

He recently worked in Qatar under B+H Architects of Canada, as Project Architect in their Doha Office working on various Projects under Al Khayyat Contracting Company like Stadiums, Offices, Hotel, Restaurant & Complex Villas. He worked with MMI International Company, Manila Office as Head of Architecture, working on US Military Projects in Korea

& Hawaii.

He was the Deputy Head of the Architecture Department for WS ATKINS of Philippine Branch. His building projects experience done in Manila includes the Crescent & Gateway Buildings for in Baku, Azerbaijan and Iris Mist, Channel Towers, Lighthouse Office Towers, Promenade Office Building in Dubai. He travels to Dubai at the start of the project to understand & gather the DNA of the project then brings it to Manila to raise it to Construction Drawings. He was with one of the prestigious design firms in Manila, G&W Architects, Project Development Consultants as Senior Architect / Department Head, handling projects in Manila, Vietnam, and Southeast Asia. With G&W Architects, he handled Dynasty Twin Towers, The Manila Diamond Hotel, Insular Life Corporate Tower, Sapphire & Blue Sapphire buildings, Hamptons & Grand Hamptons Residential Condominium projects, Crescent Building project all in Metro Manila. He did Amkor Technology & Texas Instruments Semi-Conductor Buildings in Laguna & Baguio City, Marriot Kotobuki Hotel & Avalon at Saigon both in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

He has worked in Saudi Arabia for a Al Hamidi Contracting Company & Korbah Construction as a Staff Architect undertaking technical roles on various building projects. He Designed & prepared construction to shop drawings particularly steel & marble shop drawings. He was involved with preparation of Bids for various type of buildings. Bong, as he is fondly called, has design and supervision experience for residential & office condominium, semi-conductor, industrial and call center buildings, commercial and mall projects.
