Candidate is very open to relocation as the cost of living and roadway traffic in many areas of California have become intolerable.

Two Exceptional Career Experiences:

1) two decades (1983 – 2006) in B2B customer-facing new client business development and ongoing customer support in the wholesale residential mortgage banking industry. I worked with literally thousands of residential loan origination professionals during this career path.

2) This “location-flexible” job candidate also appreciated the wonderful opportunity to represent the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) under security-clearance level work at 23 bank receivership jobs in 13 U.S. states. (2009 – 2012/CG-1101-13) I retained a copy of my completed job list identifying the 23 individual worksites from California to North Carolina.

Personal Attributes:

Communicative & Friendly Candidate very experienced in Relationship Management

Highly Experienced in Asset Management maximizing efficiency & effectiveness

Reliable service aided by the routine use of electronic calendars to schedule events

Formal Education:

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration San Diego State University - San Diego, CA

Expectations Exceeded - See a couple of Sample Career Achievements Directly Below:

Surpassed Expectations at LoanCity wholesale mortgage in 2003 producing a record business volume of $38,000,000 of funded loans in a single month! I had a specific plan to market our products and it clearly worked very well.

Reliably completed 23 bank receivership jobs at 13 different state locations and earned a STAR award (Special Thanks and Recognition) from the FDIC (Award is Displayed in my LinkedIn profile). No flights, team meetings, or timely delivery of required reports was missed. (See Below)

Personal Characteristics:

Skilled at IDENTIFYING, CONTRACTING, TRAINING, & providing ONGOING SUPPORT

Seasoned public and private communicator and prior membership coordinator for the Village Toastmasters Public Speaking Club. I truly appreciate face to face human contact.

Responsible candidate also delivers a spotless legal background & driving record!

A Greatly Appreciated Work Experience:

Resolutions & Receivership Specialist (CG-1101-13)

FDIC, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation - Irvine, CA (May 2009 – Jan 2012)

Very actively participated, under required security clearance, on-site at 23 bank receivership events in 13 states from California to North Carolina. My responsibilities included oversight of the contracted Owned Real Estate (ORE) team creating detailed records listing all of the failed bank's current ORE. My reports occasionally included ORE held in failed bank subsidiaries. I also provided oversight of our FDIC Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment contractors. We delivered a new "assuming institution" at most bank failures to allow the bank to re-open within a few days. Liquidation of the bank assets occurred at some banks that did not ever re-open. The total FDIC Irvine CA office ORE sales included 2,984 ORE assets generating $916 million in proceeds. Our goals were achieved. Following our success in getting the jobs done - the entire FDIC "West Coast Temporary Satellite Office" was closed in January of 2012. Applicant’s FDIC photo can be viewed on page 40 of the 2009 Inaugural Yearbook for the FDIC’s “West Coast Temporary Satellite Office”. I retained an original of this publication.

A Few Additional Relatively Recent Work Experiences:

Licensed Security Guard (License Registration #G6424237)

Allied Universal Security – San Diego, CA

Provided temporary personal oversight of various contractors doing Heat & Air Conditioning technology upgrades in 3 University Town Center area high rise office buildings.

Cashier

The Home Depot - San Diego, CA

Extensive direct face to face customer interaction processing a variety of payment methods (Home Depot cards including credit & debit type), a variety of other credit & debit cards, processing customers cash, conducting cash strips from cash registers, and even accepting checks that are instantly converted to an electronic payment process. Our objective was to treat the customer in a manner that will encourage them to repeatedly return to our store

Lender Services Advisor

Orange Coast Title - Anaheim, CA

New customer pursuit focused on available Los Angeles and Orange County mortgage originators found within banks, credit unions, & mortgage banking firms. Represented Title, Escrow, Default, & REO Asset Management services. Successfully arranged face to face management meetings with Prime Lending, East West Bank, Hanmi Bank, and California Credit Union. The Pasadena CA based East West Bank ($21 billion in total assets and 100+ multi-state branches) was developed into a producing customer. Efforts were focused at the East West Bank multi-state residential loan production facility in El Monte CA.

Issues I Personally Consider:

Technology helps enhance our efficiency - but direct human contact has great advantages

Do research ahead of time to identify the full range of your best alternatives

Most people prefer to work with others that they “Know, Like, & Trust”

Good Time Management will increase your overall performance

Be Persistent – Don’t Quit if Your 1st attempt fails!

Summary: You may want to hire me because of my extensive personal “relationship management” experience or my efficient and effective “asset management” background.

Preferred Job Activities: My most effective experiences have been in “Relationship Management” and “Asset Management” areas of career activity.

Lastly, my “available on request” list of six prior jobs that included only “B2B” customers may also help satisfy your needs.
