I collaborated with research doctors for leukemia studies, including a collaboration with Dr. Reynold. Other collaborations involving interdepartmental work include a collaboration with the Urology department on a case study involving a 19-year-old male patient with renal cell carcinoma.
I collaborated with Dr. Reynold in phase 1 study in referred patient from Albuquerque, New Mexico
Another collaboration with surgeons and the tumor board in adult oncology involved the first reported case of gallbladder carcinoma in an 11-year-old patient. And a 19 years old with Renal cell carcinoma Other teaching activities involved educating the Pediatric Oncology nursing staff and collaborating with them on the topic of patient care and reviewing COG standards with the nursing staff.
I have been invited to lectures for grand round presentations three separate times, including for morning report. I was awarded Attending of the Month for September 2011 at the University Medical Center. I also received the COG group awarding membership and have been an active member of COG.

Scholarship:
Summary of scholarly activity including research, medical education, and patient care
I have established Children Oncology Group memberships for multiple institutions, including reinstatement of TTUMC and unprecedented membership in the history of the Institution and the city of Savannah, for Mercer University Memorial Medical Center (see above for all institution memberships). I also developed the Exchange Transfusion Program for the CNS in Sickle Cell Anemia for the Medical Center of Central Georgia, rendering MCCG as one of only two institutions in the U.S. to have this program. I tripled the patient case load in Northwest Texas Hospital (Amarillo, Texas) Mercer University Memorial Medical Center, and Texas Tech UMC.

The Pediatric cancer treated in the chemotherapy infusion area r increased 3 times
Reviewing blood smear for majority of patient in the clinic to monitor and diagnose cancer and other hematological diseases
Out-patient clinical activity
