Web Portal was developed and maintained using C++, ASP.Net, C# and VB scripting.
As a Communication SPOC - Developed the instructional materials and templates used for the technical writing standards of a project cycle document and e-mails for clients.
Root Cause Analysis [RCA] – 30 Documents were created which states the analysis of the failure of systems and the measures taken and also the future plans and steps to avoid the situation.
Instructional Guides and Manuals – 18 Guides and Manuals were written for people across three countries for cross-culture work and time management, deliverables, User Acceptance Testing guide, technical report writing and many more.
