Lead an engineering team comprising of quality, component and manufacturing engineers to ensure smooth operation of the department which includes the following:

oPerform Design For Manufacturability (DFM) and Design For Assembly (DFA) reviews for Imagine printed circuit board and box assembly designs.

oDevelop process documentation.

oCollaborate with Research and Development to coordinate and participate in in-house prototype builds.
