Marafeq Qatar is a full life cycle utility company which provides professional utility development and O&M services for clients having new or existing city developments or which manage, maintain, and plan for residential, commercial, and industrial type buildings. Overview: Joined this respected EPC firm to preside over engineering deliverables related to gas distribution, district cooling and pneumatic waste collection for a complex and government-owned mega-project. Managed people, processes, regulatory compliance and technical resources associated with meeting 12 major milestones. • Managed Lootah’s EPC commitments to pipeline construction on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi. Led the completion of deliverables including (but not limited to) a 16” carbon steel piggable high pressure transmission pipeline, H2S scrubber, primary/secondary pressure regulating stations and a 24” carbon steel piggable high pressure natural gas distribution pipeline for ALDAR/ADNOC.

• Managed the EPC for a carbon steel piggable high pressure transmission pipeline associated with the construction of a natural gas filling station project for GASCO.

• Managed EPC for a SNG tank farm for Palm Jumeirah and Discovery Gardens in Dubai, which included installation of 8nos of100m3 tanks and associated blenders, pumps, compressors and a PRS station. Areas of Proven Performance
