Objectif du poste

L’analyste fonctionnel SAP Mobile agit comme membre de l’équipe de développement et support des applications mobiles IOS et solutions SAP pour les opérations magasins. Il participe entièrement au cycle de vie des projets (analyse, configuration, tests, mise en place et soutien) de digitalisation des processus en magasins. Responsabilités

• Recueillir, analyser et documenter les besoins d’affaires.

• Proposer et recommander des solutions à valeur ajoutée pour répondre aux besoins.

• Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles pour la solution SAP ainsi que l’application mobile et les transmettre aux développeurs.

• Définir les plans de tests des applications mobiles avec la technicienne d’assurance qualité.

• Exécuter et documenter les tests de la solution SAP.

• Faire le suivi des tests avec la technicienne d’assurance qualité et gérer la résolution des problématiques avec les développeurs.

• Assurer le lien avec l’équipe de développement et l’analyste d’assurance qualité lors de la réalisation des projets.

• Déterminer la stratégie de déploiement avec les opérations et y participer.

• Assurer le soutien post-implantation.

Exige nces du poste

• Minimum de 2 années d’expérience en implantation et/ou soutien à titre d'analyste fonctionnel.

• Baccalauréat en gestion des systèmes d'information ou l'équivalent.

• Connaissance approfondie du module MM et de SAP.

• Bonne compréhension du concept d’intégration des modules de SAP.

• Connaissances SAP FIORI un atout.

• Posséder une forte capacité d’analyse.

• Bonne compréhension des processus de gestion d’inventaire et d’approvisionnement.

• Connaissance et expérience du secteur retail est un atout.

• Bonne aptitude au travail interpersonnel avec les usagers et les autres membres de l’équipe.
