Manage daily platform operation, drive platform projects, and expand the capabilities of data engineering platform.
- Lead the Consumer Digital -Data Engineering Platform team (19 engineers) and drive delivery of multiple platform enhancement projects. Provide monthly AWS and Databricks cost analyses and a series performance measurement metrics to manage and improve the team performance.
- Drove the team performance and increased the total number of resolved support tickets from 300+ to 700+ and total number of platform users by 139% over 1.5 years.
- Led the platform project team to decommission the legacy NGAP1 (Next Generation Application Platform) and successfully migrated all the data analytics tools and users to Amazon clouds.

- Worked with project sponsors to define the project scope of a standalone real time alerting platform and led the 3 scrum development teams to meet the code completion and integration testing milestones 2 months ahead of schedule, as much as $500K under the budget.
- Led 6 software development scrum teams in New Zealand in defining project scope, planning, monitoring and resolving project issues and communicating project health. Delivered 2 major mobility releases within 16 months, allowing the company to quickly transform its online platform into a mobile solution on both Android and iOS platforms and generate $21M in annual revenue within year one of launch.
- Managed the full software development cycle to integrate the Intelligence Authentication and a lot of Security features into several Online Banking systems. Moved between Agile and waterfall approaches depending on project specifics. Defined processes and tools best suited to each project.
- Led the development effort to build the mobile front end and backend of a major new product feature, Card Control, and integrated it into the mobile solution within 1 year.

03.1998 – 05.2005 IBM GLOBAL SERVICES, IBM CANADA Vancouver, Canada Technical Project Manager – IBM Team Success Award winner each year from 2000 to 2004
- Led the Integration Project team in successfully implementing the Air Canada Reservation and Ticket Management System, a $5 million project that provided high performance ticket data searching and booking capability. Responsibilities included scope definition, cost estimation, risk management, communication and coordinating the system integration efforts between IBM and Amadeus development teams which included over 20 analysts across 4 countries (Canada, France, Germany, and the US).
