Led Department of Defense’s functional level Source Operations Course for the Human Intelligence Training-Joint Center of Excellence as the Source Operations Course NCOIC. Responsible for the training of 450 DoD Soldiers and 80 instructors over a twelve-month period.

Assessed risks involved with training in four off base locations using 90 government vehicles, implemented risk mitigation which resulted in zero preventable accidents over twelve months.
