Led Department of Defense’s functional level Source Operations Course for the Human Intelligence Training-Joint Center of Excellence as the Source Operations Course NCOIC. Supervised military instructors and 80 civilian cadre. Provided leadership and guidance to 450 Warrant Officers, Enlisted Soldiers and Officers. Responsible for the training of 450 DoD Soldiers and 80 instructors over a twelve-month period.

Assessed risks involved with training in four off base locations using 90 government vehicles, implemented risk mitigation which resulted in zero preventable accidents over twelve months.
