- Serves as subject matter expert of the Applicant Management System including assignment of requisitions, reporting and training new users.

- Executes daily, weekly and ad hoc reporting to meet the analytical needs of the business to include recruiting metrics like time to fill, recruiting costs and detail surrounding active requisitions.

- Keeps accurate and detailed data systems, and responsible for building, running and providing clean HR data reports for the HR team on a regular basis.

- Leading the current integration of Workday for CoreLogic’s Applicant Tracking System. This includes integration of Applicant Tracking Systems for the US, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

- Assesses compliance and mitigates risk with OFCCP regulations by executing regular audits and identifying areas of non- compliance. Takes action to resolve any areas of non-compliance.

- Supports the strategy and delivery of key talent acquisition programs to include Employee Relocation Program, University Relations/Intern Program, and New Employee Onboarding.

- Facilitates the Employee Relocation program: reviews benefit options with employees, creates custom relocation plans, drafts, reviews relocation contracts and closely partners with relocation vendor for the duration of each relocation.
