Sofitel Luxury Hotel, Al Khobar - Chief Steward - November 2014 till Date At present working as Chief Steward at Sofitel Luxury Hotel, Al Khobar, key responsibility includes that manage, supervised and coordinate activities at back of the House operations and non-cooking kitchen workers as well as purchasing cleaning supplies, equipment’s, internal food safety audits and inspects back of the House operations, Store Rooms and equipment’s for cleaning and in order to maintain regularly, also update all the files under Stewarding (Inventories, Per Stock O-E, Breakages, Chemicals Cost, O-E Master Records, Staff Training & Food Safety Audits Report.
