• Carry out comprehensive, outcomes based research to understand how the design of health programs and interventions align with user needs in cross-cultural contexts
• Conduct more than 150 qualitative interviews, 40 surveys, 15 focus groups and over 3 years of ethnography with various stakeholders in the U.S. Vietnam, and the U.K., including: health professionals, policymakers, scientists, and health-seeking populations
