Designed KPI matrix for pick-pack resulting in doubling the daily output of product, created a “Take Responsibility” attitude with associates, created flow processes for all distribution processes thus resulting in cost savings and efficiency, created restock min/max, eliminated a 1.5 year backlog in credits, created various departments for efficiency and cost.
