Promoted to Sr. System Performance Manager in November of 2009 after successful Network Operations assignments.

Lead a team of Engineers in optimizing the wireless network with the greater Philadelphia Area.

Monitor the Network in achieving KPI’s that have been set by headquarters.

Necessary optimization could include parameter modifications, re-azimuth antennas and tower upgrades.

As part of a planning phase, collaborate with our RF Engineering department in the growth of the network. Including in-building.

Operations Manager

Promoted to Operations Manager in January of 1997.

Manage a team of Field Engineers responsible for both the growth and maintenance of the wireless network. ~ 1,500 sites.

Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for multiple MSC’S within the Greater Philadelphia Area.

Mange vendors during the growth and integration of equipment. This included inspecting the physical install work and cabling along with testing fibers jumpers.

Perform equipment repair assessments to determine re-qualification/re-calibration requirements.

Ensure enough equipment is available to meet daily goal for Field Engineers to complete their daily tasks.

Manage Monthly and Quarterly reports to collect data for repairs, parts. Provide input on spares needed to maintain the integrity of the Network

Setup wireless assets at remote sites to support special events. (NASCAR Races at Dover Speedway, concerts and increased capacity at the SNJ resort towns)

Manage, order new equipment for both the field and MSC teams for testing and troubleshooting.

Manage a strict expense budget and challenged to manage rising costs in the business.

Developed a tool using Microsoft excel that enabled me to quickly format and trend expenses for the Philadelphia sub market.
