Lead a staff of 122 employees with full management responsibilities including training, evaluation, supervision, and termination. Oversee other supervisors and their departments for production efficiency, quality, and manning conditions. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly productivity, and forecast numbers in preaperation for any production increases or decreases.

• Reduced customer claims from 120 per year to 24 per year by implementing new procedures and providing adequate training. Result: The Elcom Wire Plant was recognized for having many months with 0 claims.
• Created die program that helped improve die life and helped improve operation efficiency from 400 kilometers to 650 kilometers. Awarded a $3,000 per month budget to evaluate and cycle out all worn dies. Result: Reduced operating costs by $1,500 per month.
• Developed a color concentrate station reducing material contamination. Result: Saved the company $2,400 per month. Station was model for other plants within Yazaki affiliates.
