Recent retiree looking for my next adventure. I am seeking a part-time remote position where I can utilize my 30+ years of experience heavily focused on customer service, high volume phone calls, problem solving and computer skills. I am a mature, enthusiastic, motivated self-starter who works well independently, and learns new computer applications quickly.

EXPERIENCE

MAYER ELECTRIC SUPPLY COMPANY, INC. MARCH 2005 – SEPTEMBER 2018

CREDIT MANAGER

Responsible for a portfolio of $15 million in receivables

Reviewed and approved new accounts

Established risk levels for new and existing accounts

Worked closely with Sales Managers and customers on new accounts and dispute resolution

Approved and managed project work for a wide range of electrical contractors for both commercial and industrial jobs
