• Prepare conflict minerals smelter data for loading into eCRIB software system based on existing conflict minerals reporting templates (CMRT)s from BSC suppliers. Smelter details and manufacturing materials both in local and international are imported from Catsweb in Excel.
• Create Change Notices to set new Approved Manufacturer List objects to release status. Update existing AML objects with correct address fields. Create new assessments linked to AML objects with AVL which is the parent document.
• Based on the scope of use, primary sub process and the type of document created the table using VLOOKUP that gives all the counting’s to show a comparison table for multiple worksheets for each month and to create reports using pivot chart for future use.

Business Operation Analyst/Tableau reporter: Voya Financial (September’16-April’17)
• It deals with the policies with customer services for their future requirements in financial aids like accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity and life insurance.

• C-DOT IVRS is an Interactive Voice Response System wherein the subscriber's calls are answered automatically, and the required information is fetched from the database, and conveyed to the subscriber in the form of announcements. The IVRS can also dial the subscribers and convey suitable messages. It can be integrated in the present telecom network through normal copper wire or PCM/E1 digital trunk interface.
• Developed an IVR application to automate billing enquiry and fault reporting system using C, RS232 interface. Coded functions to handle voice path connections and disconnections for switches like Alcatel E10B, C-DOT MAX and RAX.

• This project is to find who is having highest risk of getting Type II diabetics with 5M of data set. Used various algorithm like Logistic, Random forest, Neural network in R studio to find the percentage of risk level in getting change of diabetics Type II.
